These terms govern your use of XGSearch, operated by Stuart Davey of Nab Scar, Hurst Road, Hebden Bridge, HX7 8HR, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use XGSearch.
XGSearch provides football statistics, live scores, standings, player and team analysis, and AI-generated summaries, predictions and reports.
All predictions, AI-generated content and statistics are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not betting or gambling advice, and we make no guarantee of their accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Always verify anything important against an official source before relying on it.
Account creation and sign-in are handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at admin@xgsearch.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
XGSearch offers a free tier and two paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite), each billed monthly and cancellable at any time. Pro and Elite both include a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before it ends.

The XGSearch name, site design and original written content are owned by us. Match and player statistics are sourced from our data provider and remain subject to their own terms. AI-generated summaries, insights and reports are provided for your personal use on the site and shouldn't be republished elsewhere without permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that statistics, predictions or AI-generated content will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made in reliance on predictions or statistics shown on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You can stop using XGSearch and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, including the acceptable use rules above.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
