Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Pro and Elite subscriptions both start with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged anything until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial, free of charge, from your account's billing portal. Your card is never charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing

Once your trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. You'll keep access to your current tier's features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free tier.

Refunds

Because Pro and Elite both include a full 14-day free trial before any charge is made, you have the opportunity to try the service and cancel without cost before you're ever billed. For that reason, once a billing period has been charged, we don't offer refunds or partial refunds for that period, including if you cancel partway through it.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If you believe you've been charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you'd already cancelled, contact us and we'll look into it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. See also our Terms of Service.
